You only control your action and not the results. So be not motivated by results, nor be attached to inaction.

See how simple and great are the above lines. It is true that Greatness lies in the Simplicity. To become great we shall not look at the great achievements or results attained by the Great people but shall look at the path they followed to become Great.
So if we make up our mind to do good to this world by our words and deeds, then by consistently following this good path, sure on one day we would become Great.

Mascharya is a feeling of jealousy when someone else gets ahead of us or possesses things of value that we don't have. It is a state of intolerance born by seeing good qualities in others. It is a strong emotion that can break any strong relationship. These are the common complaints we as physiotherapists receive in our clinics daily. So what is the solution? Why are people facing these issues at a very young age compared to previous generations? Simple the answer is lack of activity and the constant help we receive with the help of technology.
