You only control your action and not the results. So be not motivated by results, nor be attached to inaction.

See how simple and great are the above lines. It is true that Greatness lies in the Simplicity. To become great we shall not look at the great achievements or results attained by the Great people but shall look at the path they followed to become Great.
So if we make up our mind to do good to this world by our words and deeds, then by consistently following this good path, sure on one day we would become Great.

We have been using Windows 10 Mobile OS technical preview builds for the last 6 months. And we are very much impressed with the hard work done by Microsoft. Windows phones have been there in the market for years but were not produced by Microsoft before their acquisition of Nokia. However observing what has changed from Windows 8 through Windows 8.1 to Windows 10, we certainly can state with confidence that many things have changed. And positively at that. Death is indeed very great because it is something fearful, but before it is the culmination of life's journey, the doorway to something beyond what our eyes and senses can grasp.   We spend our whole life building relationships, wealth, reputations, and attachments.  Death dissolves all of them in a single moment.  No power, position, or possession can stop it. Varna is the nature of an individual based on gunas(Sattva, Rajas, and Tamas) and activities in  which one is interested in a particular kind of job or occupation to earn a living, and Caste means a lineage of an individual about which job or profession his/her very early ancestors used or made to do as a family profession. The whole varna was made keeping in view the dharma that one had to follow.  Varna was never considered by birth if we go through the following instances of our great literature.
