Today the file formats are taking a prominent role in saving our text data. Generally we use either

‘ Text ‘ or ‘Doc’ format in saving the text. It has chance to change the content of the text by other, so if we store our text in either ‘PDF’ or in ‘XPS’ format there is no possibility in editing the text.

Then the question arises “How can we view the XPS format in Windows XP or Server ?”

Here I have answer to say

If you are using MSOffice 2007, then there is a possibility of saving the text in those two formats. MSOffice 2007 gives an option to save the text in either PDF or in XPS format by just installing the plugin “save as PDF or XPS” which will be downloaded through the link given below.

Save PDF /XPS FORMAT

The major advantage of saving the text in above mentioned format is to save the disk space , amount of size, easy to transfer and security.

The PDF format is well known to us but, the XPS format is known only for Windows vista Users where they can get an option as default. Here they can view the XPS documents. But if you want to view the XPS Doc in Windows you have to DOWNLOAD the XPS Viewer EP. Just click on the below link to get it.

Food for the Spiritual Life.

Ancient texts such as the Bhagavad Gita, Upanishads, and Ayurveda describe a  "sattvic"  diet as the most correct and beneficial food for humans. Death is indeed very great because it is something fearful, but before it is the culmination of life's journey, the doorway to something beyond what our eyes and senses can grasp.   We spend our whole life building relationships, wealth, reputations, and attachments.  Death dissolves all of them in a single moment.  No power, position, or possession can stop it. It humbles the ego, liberates us from worldly limitations, pushes us to seek higher truth, equalises all beings, and opens the doorway to eternity. It teaches us detachment and humility. Varna and Caste System

Varna is the nature of an individual based on gunas(Sattva, Rajas, and Tamas) and activities in  which one is interested in a particular kind of job or occupation to earn a living, and Caste means a lineage of an individual about which job or profession his/her very early ancestors used or made to do as a family profession. The whole varna was made keeping in view the dharma that one had to follow.  Varna was never considered by birth if we go through the following instances of our great literature. In Srimad Bhagavad Gita Chapter IV Verse 13, Lord Krishna clearly states that the four Varnas are based on their work and their basic nature and not related to birth at all.
