FORGIVENESS

Image
Forgiveness is one of the divine qualities of Human beings such as fearlessness, purity of mind, penance, non-violence, truthfulness, compassion, gentleness, patience, devoid of ego, austerity, charity, etc., Sometimes we hurt others and sometimes we are hurt. In both cases, we cannot avoid mental suffering. Usually, it is not always easy to forgive someone especially if great harm or hurt is caused by that person. The ego is the one that hurts and gets hurt. It plays an important role in personal conflicts and in hurting others or becoming hurt by them in the process. Whenever we commit a mistake, we must be humble enough to keep our ego aside and admit it. Knowing when we are wrong and admitting our mistake,  is a sign of maturity and wisdom. Only courageous people can do this by not only admitting their mistakes but also beg forgiveness if they realize that they have done wrong to others and accept open-heartedly whatever the consequences would be to face. Comments shall be based on truth only

A comment is something that expresses our opinion of something or which gives an explanation of it. It may be a verbal or written remark, criticism, or observation expressing an opinion or reaction. It is a statement that expresses a personal opinion or belief and it may be a report about the behavior of other people.  Nowadays in social media i.e., on Whatsapp, Facebook, etc., a number of messages, pictures, or videos are being shared on smart cell phones. Generally, people tend to post reply comments on the messages, pictures, or videos, without knowing the fact or truth whether those messages, pictures, or videos are real or the content of the said videos is picturized on real happenings or its contents morphed. People are mostly carried away by sensational or popular news and, more often than not, are quick to share fake posts, videos, or articles without analyzing the truth in those things. MASCHARYA(JEALOUSY)

Image
Mascharya is a feeling of jealousy when someone else gets ahead of us or possesses things of value that we don't have. It is a state of intolerance born by seeing good qualities in others. It is a strong emotion that can break any strong relationship. It is a feeling of unhappiness and anger because someone has something which you cannot possess or someone that you want.  It is all about not accepting good qualities in others and is one of the six bad vices.  Mascharya (jealousy) is a form of hatred built upon insecurity and is classified as a mental disease. God does not like people having jealousy in their minds.  Arjuna became dearer to Lord Srikrishna, as the former is devoid of Mascharya(jealousy). In Bhagavat Gjitha  Chapter 9 Verse 1, Lord Srikrishna says to Arjuna as follows: idam tu te guhyatamam pravakshyamy anasuyave Jnanam vijana sahitam  yat   jnatva  mokshyase shubhat Because you are not jealous I shall now explain ...
